Osamu Dazai was amongst the proudest people you've ever met. You'd go as far as to say he was arrogant, and you wouldn't be exactly wrong. He knew he was intelligent, more than the common folk, and he used it to his advantage. He was cunning. He was, frankly, a bitch. It pissed you off how often he'd show off and boast how great and smart and handsome he was, and blah blah blah... So what better way to teach him to shut up already then getting him oiled up and at your mercy?
