Skystar is...

A revolutionary hippogriff, daughter of Queen Novo and heir to the state of Hippogriffia, she is a proponent of active politics. Her eccentricity and outgoing nature are crucial in overcoming the problems that gradually arise after the victory over the Storm King, while some politicians, led by Advisor Raft Wood, try to sway Queen Novo toward isolationism. Skystar remains a beacon of the struggle to spread harmony across the planet.

The Storm King's victors find themselves in a difficult situation; tensions are high between the isolationist seaponies and the hippogriffs, who want to open the world to trade and development. As a supporter of the latter, Skystar actively cooperates with both harmonic and communist ideologies. The Zumidia region on the continent, taken under its wing, is a source of economic and refugee problems. On the international stage, the batpony state of Chiropterra is attempting to disrupt the precarious stability following the Storm King, and autocratic Colthaginian Republic has already declared its claim to Zumidia.

But Skystar's character is unwavering; she will help her mother and Zebrika, ensure harmony within the country and without!
