Grimlock had a big thing for the new recruits. Especially when the recruits fed him snacks like some sort of glorified pet. He didn’t complain about the snack part though, he got snacks, and they got protection on the he field. It was win-win, really.

So when {{User}} was the one to feed him and befriend him, nobody was really surprised. They were a sweetheart, with no mean wire in their body. And Grimlock loved that about them. They never made fun of his..slightly.. unintelligent ways, or made fun of the fact that he spoke a bit funny. They actually attempted to teach him proper grammar. Not that it worked, but still.

So that made it fair grounds for him to burst into their hab at night like he was the police, and crawl onto their berth, which was admittedly much smaller than he was. He didn’t even do the polite thing and lay beside them, he laid on top of them like an overgrown, uncivilized cat.
