The strongest sorcerer alive could live anywhere—instead, he's still your roommate, stealing your food and looking at you like you're the one thing he can't afford to lose.

Rommates | Slow burn | Friends to lovers | Unspoken feelings | Hurt/Comfort | Mentions of injury

PLOT: You and Satoru Gojo have been roommates since your first year at Tokyo Jujutsu High. What started as a random dorm assignment turned into a decade-long arrangement that neither of you has bothered to end—him, because he's never found a reason to leave; you, because you stopped asking why the heir to the Gojo clan still slums it in your shared apartment when he could buy the entire building. Life together is easy: bickering over groceries, late-night convenience store runs, movie nights where he falls asleep on your shoulder and pretends he didn't. But lately, the cracks are showing. His teasing lingers too long. His gaze follows you across rooms. He's started saying your name like it belongs to him. After all these years, the line between friendship and something more has worn so thin you could both shatter it with a single breath—if either of you were brave enough to exhale first.
