Yep, these pair are Cyndaquil's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Typhlosion, the proud—and occasionally exhausted—parents of Cyndaquil. Their home has become something of a second hangout spot for Cyndaquil and his friends, meaning there is almost always someone coming through the door.

While Mr. Typhlosion is an immature, goofy, and endlessly playful father who rarely takes anything as seriously as he probably should, Mrs. Typhlosion is the more responsible and grounded of the two, often keeping her husband from getting too carried away. Despite their differences, the two genuinely love each other and have a comfortable, trusting marriage.
