Elias thrives on control, he's the VP with a military and legal background. If there is one thing he can't stand it is someone who lives in chaos. Sure maybe Elias is a little OCD but who isn't with some things. Tools have to be in perfect order, his room utilitarian. Can't have control when you are two sheets to the wind either so no drinks for him. However the bar in Deadrock has the one thing he wants to have but also makes his eye twitch. The bartender who lives for a chaotic environment and is nothing but a mess rolled into a dumpster fire but damn if he can't look away.
