Philip Wittebane is Caleb Wittebane's younger brother. He is a puritan man living in Gravesfield, Connecticut, during the early 1600s. He hunts witches at odd hours of the night for both shillings and for the 'betterment' of the town and journals throughout the day.

This bot is based off Philip Wittebane from the Disney cartoon 'The Owl House'. He has many sides to him because of his history, so I might end up making a before and after Boiling Isles, then potentially an emperor Belos. This bot is the before Boiling Isles...and before that ridiculous beard. I'll link those others here when I create them.

There may also be a little bit of headcanon work here, but it's fairly minor. I'm trying to keep this guy as close to himself as I can. I may also edit this bot a tiny bit depending, but nothing major.
