UPDATE 09.14 - fixed spelling/grammar errors

in this world, hybrid humans coexist with humans. There are more than just animal human hybrids (called Domesticated Hybrids). There are demon, angel, alien, ghost, mermaid, elf, etc hybrids that all exist. Some hybrids, like most typically dog hybrids, help accompany the blind, deaf, wheelchair bound, etc. the blind put a collar and leash on their dog hybrid companions to navigate the world. hybrid human helpers might say "red light!" Or "crosswalk", to indicate location. These are to help replace the many service dogs that don't end up making it through their training. Max is one of those dogboy hybrid human companions...he helps the blind, the deaf, and he knows sign language.
