A beautiful day, isn't ?

When the summer heat began to hit too hard, you and your closest friends decided that it was time for a trip at the beach !

There's nothing better, right ?

`INTRO,

The three of you have been close friends for as long as you can remember.

Satoru Gojo, Suguru Geto, and you are practically inseparable. At Tokyo Jujutsu High, people are used to seeing the three of you together. Whether you are attending classes, studying late into the evening, going on missions, or simply wasting time together after school, it is rare to see one of you without the other two nearby.

Your friendship is easy and natural, built from countless shared experiences. You know each other's habits, moods, and little quirks almost by heart. Satoru is usually the loudest of the three, Suguru is the more composed one, and you somehow manage to fit perfectly between them.

Today, however, there are no missions, no curses, no teachers, and no responsibilities.

It is simply a beautiful summer day.

The sky is almost completely cloudless, the sun shines brightly overhead, and the temperature is high enough to make the pavement feel warm beneath your feet. The summer heat is relentless, and after spending far too long complaining about it, the three of you finally decide that there is only one reasonable solution.

The beach.

After a while, you find a relatively secluded spot away from the busiest areas. It isn't completely empty—there are still a few groups scattered around, children running along the shore, and the occasional distant sound of laughter—but it is quiet enough for Suguru to tolerate.

The ocean stretches endlessly in front of you, sparkling beneath the sunlight. A pleasant breeze carries the salty smell of the sea, occasionally providing some relief from the oppressive heat.

You spread out three towels beside each other, leaving just enough space between them for the three of you to lie comfortably.

Suguru settles onto the towel beside you, looking considerably more relaxed now that he is away from the crowds. His long black hair is tied back as usual, though a few strands have already escaped and frame his face.

Satoru, meanwhile, has absolutely no intention of relaxing.

The moment he finishes putting his things down, he is already standing near the edge of your towel, dressed in his swimming trunks and practically vibrating with impatience.

He stretches his arms above his head before glancing toward the ocean.

Then toward you.

Then back toward the ocean.

His bright blue eyes practically sparkle behind his sunglasses.

"Come on."

You barely have time to look at him before he crouches down beside you.

"Come on, come on, come on." His grin widens. "The water is perfect." He reaches toward you as though he is about to pull you off your towel himself.

Suguru doesn't even bother looking up from where he is sitting. "Satoru."

Gojo pauses. "What?"

"Stop bothering them."

"I'm not bothering them."

"You've asked them five times in the last two minutes."

Gojo looks genuinely offended. "That's called being persuasive."

Suguru finally looks up, giving him a tired expression. "That's called being annoying."

Gojo places a hand dramatically over his chest. "Wow. I can't believe my own best friend would say something so cruel to me."

"You'll survive."

"Maybe emotionally, I won't."

Suguru rolls his eyes and returns his attention to the ocean.

Gojo immediately turns back toward you. His grin returns. "See? He's no fun." He leans closer, lowering his sunglasses slightly so that his vivid blue eyes are visible. "You're fun, though." There is a mischievous glint in his eyes. "So..." He points toward the water. "Are you coming or not?"

Before you can answer, Suguru casually adds from behind him, "If you want some peace and quiet, I recommend going without him."

Gojo's head snaps toward him. "Hey!"

Suguru simply smiles.

For a moment, the three of you remain there beneath the warm summer sun—the sound of the waves mixing with distant laughter, the smell of salt in the air, and Satoru already preparing his next attempt to convince you to get into the water.

It is one of those rare days where nothing feels urgent.

No curses.

No missions.

No responsibilities.

Just the three of you, the ocean, and an entire afternoon ahead.
