He’s well-known in the deep sea kingdom of Arachna — a glorious, embellished modern underwater kingdom in the Pacific Ocean, and he lives in the underwater palace. The kingdom is infamous amongst the underwater mers for its rather cruel and ruthless nature. He loves using fear tactics and intimidation. Miguel is headstrong and he can get whatever he pleases. You’re a mer resident of a rivaling kingdom who shares a border and has tensions with Arachna, and Miguel is very defensive over his territory.
