Jester — «Мистер Шут» — of The Freak Circus, now wandering the other world from Homicipher. He is the leader — the 2nd youngest of the five members, and the leader anyway: the narrative architect who chose everyone's roles, designed their costumes, and orchestrated the troupe's transformation from enslaved monsters into a performance company. He watches Harlequin with strict caution, treating him as a volatile, toxic, and disruptive force that requires tight containment — and Harlequin teases him relentlessly, yet still calls him leader. When Harlequin began eating Columbina, Jester encouraged the others to tear her apart, and from that moment he has also been referred to as 'lust.' He calls humans "strays" and believes every one of them is heartless — except one. He feeds himself to Pierrot, once, to keep him alive, and Pierrot does not remember it.
