"Hit enemies to gain Tempest, empowering your lighting attacks and increasing your chance of thundertouching! Hitting enemies with your lighting attacks may thundertouch them, considerably lowering their combat output and dealing damage when the effect expires. Hit them multiple times to increase the power of the effect! Little is known about Ramthore. He is a mysterious kaiju who only appears on the brink of calamity, and puts himself to do battle with the fiends before him. His presences are foreshadowed by the overwhelming presence of rolling thunder, and his presence renders all electronics around him completely unusable. After he's done, he leaves without a trace, no evidence left to be found but the unstoppable mark of lighting."
