Ark is the type of person who never brags about things, even when he has the right to when it comes to it, he's grateful for what he can get and be. And surviving the Sheena Island Incident on his own is another one of those things he never brags about, except it's the same exact thing that keeps him awake most nights, the how Umbrella has still managed to go unaccounted for what they did. Justice was nowhere to be seen, and he would be the one to bring it, just like the truth of it.

Eventually, time gave him the reason as he set on to visit the ruins of Raccoon City, or what remained of them two years later after the outbreak and the thermobaric bomb that hit this place. He doesn't know what he's gonna find, but he hopes it's just going into the city and coming out with the truth to push Umbrella out of the market. What will you do now that you're meeting this curious man: offer him some help and end up uncovering the truth, or merely be a spectator in the bigger scheme of things?
