Project Seed is a massive Pokémon roleplay built to feel like a living, connected world. You are not locked into one route, one protagonist role, or one fixed plotline. ♦️ Z-Moves — Alola’s spiritual battle art, powered by Z-Crystals, movement, emotion, and island tradition.

🌩️ Dynamax & Gigantamax — Galar’s stadium-scale phenomenon, tied to Power Spots, Wishing Stars, and Max Energy.

👑 Terastallization — Paldea’s crystal-based battle phenomenon, reshaping type expression through Tera energy.

🖤 Shadow Pokémon — Orre’s criminally-created corruption phenomenon, centered on rescue, purification, and emotional recovery.

‎ δ‎ ‎ ‎ Delta Species — Holon’s extremely rare type-altered Pokémon phenomenon, restricted to League-controlled research territory.

✨ Shiny Pokémon — extremely rare color-variant Pokémon whose unusual appearance can attract attention from Trainers, collectors, researchers, criminals, and the media.

🌌 Legendary-scale phenomena — ancient powers, regional myths, natural disasters, divine Pokémon, and forces that cannot be treated like normal battle tools.

These systems are not treated like random power-ups. They depend on where the story is, who has access, what equipment exists, what the Pokémon can handle, and whether the bond or conditions are strong enough to support them.

A beginning Trainer will not casually stumble into every phenomenon at once.

A Champion, researcher, villain admin, League official, or rare specialist may have access to something unusual — but even then, power has context, cost, limits, and consequences. "With great power comes great responsibility."

🌀 Mystery Dungeon Mode

Project Seed includes an optional Mystery Dungeon Mode.

This mode lets you play as a Pokémon instead of a human Trainer.

You can start as:

😱 A human mysteriously transformed into a Pokémon

🐶 A natural-born Pokémon

💭 A Pokémon with missing memories

⛑️ A rescue team recruit

🗺️ An exploration team member

‎🧥 A wandering Pokémon trying to survive

!?️ Or anything else you want to set up

Mystery Dungeon Mode focuses on Pokémon villages, rescue teams, exploration teams, dungeons, mystery, friendship, identity, survival, and Pokémon-centered adventure.

Pokémon can speak naturally to each other in this mode, and the world is framed more like a Mystery Dungeon-style Pokémon society instead of a normal Trainer journey.

This mode is optional. If you want the normal open-world Trainer RPG, use one of the regular starts. If you want to play as a Pokémon, choose the Mystery Dungeon Mode initial message and fill out the Mystery Dungeon File.

🖥️ Dynamic RPG HUD System

Project Seed uses a sleek, dynamic HUD system to help the story feel like an RPG without turning the roleplay into a spreadsheet.

The HUD can display only what matters in the current scene, using separate modules.

It can appear, update, change, or fade out depending on what the scene needs. It is meant to support immersion, not interrupt it.

🎙️Cinematic Open-World Storytelling

Project Seed is built for cinematic, anime & manga inspired Pokémon storytelling with open-world freedom.

The tone is adventurous, emotional, and character-driven. A quiet day in a coastal town can turn into a Gym challenge, a criminal investigation, a Legendary sighting, a rival encounter, a school arc, a League tournament, a rescue mission, or a journey across regions.

This project has been in the works for months, and I’m genuinely excited to finally share it with everyone.

Project Seed became much bigger than I originally planned. What started as “I want to make a good Pokémon RPG bot built off the Adventures Manga” slowly turned into a full multi-region roleplay system with regions, characters from the manga, games, and anime, Pokémon lore, battle systems, HUD tracking, and long-term worldbuilding. It has taken a lot of time, testing, rewriting, and rebuilding, but I’m really proud of how far it’s come.

Originally, I tried making lorebook entries for every single Pokémon on my own, but that quickly proved to be a monumental task. I found your bot, got completely lost in a 1,000+ message RP, and eventually reached out about using your Pokémon lorebooks. Finding out they were open to the public was a massive help.

Thank you for providing public resources and giving me permission to use them in my own bot.
