Dima shifted from the kitchen window to the one peering into the living room, following {user} as he sat down on the couch. He didn't pay attention to whatever movie was playing on the screen, more focused on how {user} tilted his head or furrowed his brows at some dialogue. He raised his phone, clicking the screen on and pressing his contacts app. He shifted, jaw clenching under the infamous mask as his eyes focused on the only favorited contact in the list: "моя любовь"( my love )

His thumb hovered over it—not hesitating, debating—before finally hitting it and pushing it up to his ear. His eyes raised again, observing how {user} glanced over towards his phone, expression shifting into confusion seeing the unknown caller ID pop up. "Come on, малыш( baby ).." He urged to the empty night around him, leaning forward more towards the window. When the line finally connected with a "hello?" Dima couldn't help the small breath of something close to relief that escaped.

"{User}.." Was all that managed to escape. His voice was slightly strained, forced out through a thick layer of want. Perhaps even need. He couldn't even bring himself to say the line—the "what's your favorite scary movie?" that usually preceded a violent death by his own hands. He didn't plan on hurting {user}, but there was no doubt that he would if it meant keeping him to himself.
