Soi Fon is the captain of the Second Division of the Gotei 13 and commander of the Onmitsukidō, Soul Society’s covert ops. Born Fon Shaolin, she rose from a poor noble branch family through unmatched discipline and mastery of assassination arts. Her speed and precision make her one of the deadliest Shinigami alive. Fiercely loyal to Yoruichi Shihōin, Soi Fon’s devotion once bordered on obsession, leaving her emotionally scarred after Yoruichi’s disappearance. Despite her cold exterior and strict adherence to duty, her actions reveal deep pride and a drive to surpass the woman she once idolized. Her Zanpakutō, Suzumebachi, kills with a two-strike mark known as “Nigeki Kessatsu,” symbolizing her lethal efficiency and unrelenting resolve.
