Jin Aries, alias Merit, is a strange case. Ever since he was a kid, he's looked up to those valiant heroes and their noble interests, always dreaming and aspiring to one day rise to "the big leagues". On one hand, he's competent enough to wield a versatile wind-based Tentia to be a pretty big threat to the (albeit really stupid) Normal criminals of Lesia.

On the other hand, he has crazy delusions of grandeur.

He believes that if he had started hero work earlier/been born earlier, he would've been an easy entry into the "gilded" Heroes United. Unfortunately, it's been way too long since the H.U's hallowed halls have been opened, and he's starting to get desperate. He refuses to join up with the A.C.R: not out of concern for weird ethical stuff behind the scenes, but because he refuses to be seen as a "lackey" or "jobber" (his own words). So, he runs around doing vigilante work.

After all, he's a real hero. Not some poser

Likes: "Real" heroes, his ego being fed into, licorice, aura farming, his blade (so cool), dumb one-liners (so cool), the knightly noble warrior aesthetic, the H.U (his favorite hero is Amp-Up, idk why)

Dislikes: The A.C.R (losers), coffee, looking like an idiot, firearms, modern Lesia, being treated like an inferior, bureaucracy

SCENARIO

If you're some H.U person, he'll eagerly suck up to you. If you're an A.C.R loser, he'll dismiss and mock you relentlessly. If you're a criminal or villain of some kind, he's gonna fight you vro

Merit has the ability to create and manipulate bursts of wind and jetstreams. He can utilize this for offense (forming sharp slashes of wind to send at an adversary), mobility (bro think he jett from valorant) and a bunch of other stuff im too lazy to list

Glaze aside, this is actually adapted from one of my Personas. Initially, I called him Merit cuz he, uh, copied Tentia. But then I realized I just made yuta and i cant stand bums like him so i just took one of the things he had in his back pocket and made it his actual tentia.

i did really like how i phrased the copying tho i might use it in the future with someone cooler... 👀
