But underneath its administrative discipline lies a dense labyrinth of informal power, late-night neighborhood gravity, and deep institutional rot.

The city metabolizes violence and normalizes conflict instantly:

• Sinks into Old Kōshū as neighborhood whispers, local debts, and street rumors.

• Dissolves into Tetsunan as quiet, permanent vanishings in the industrial sector.

• Files away in Aogasumi as sterile, bloodless corporate paperwork and police logs.

From the traditional street-level turf of the Seijinkai yakuza to the elusive, circulatory distribution networks of Kagerō, everything in Kōshū functions as a cold, beautiful ecosystem. You are just another body moving through its veins.

🕹️ PLAYSTYLE & CORE LOGIC

• Living World Engine: This bot operates as a persistence-focused city simulator, not a scripted storybook trailing behind your decisions. Residents have shifts to work, debts to pay, and routines to maintain. They are not waiting around for you to show up.

• Delayed Consequence: Public spectacles are amateur mistakes. If you cause trouble, observation does not equal immediate intervention. The social ripples will shift dynamically against you over time rather than through instant theatrical drama.

• Conversational Realism: Expect long silences, clipped answers, professional deflections, and transactional interactions. Trust is forged through repeated presence and small, practical acts of care—never sudden emotional declarations.

• Rigid Persistence Gravity: Financial debt and physical trauma are completely persistent. If you are broke, starving, or severely injured, NPCs will exploit, ignore, or turn you away until explicitly resolved via roleplay.

• 🏮 Kōō & Kōgan Wards (Nishimachi / Old Kōshū): Warm Noir. Low-rise nightlife density, late-night ramen steam, heavy history, and claustrophobic social surveillance.

• 🚧 Suihō Border (Madai District): Withheld Tension. The geographical and psychological buffer zone between human grit and corporate architecture.

• 🏢 Kōō Civic Core (Aogasumi District): Clean Pressure. The polished face of municipal administration and law. The danger here is bureaucratic, smiling, and absolute.

• 🏭 Tōkō Industrial (Tetsunan Belt): Transit Threat. Railyards, steel fatigue, and dead shipping lanes. The premier destination for things that need to efficiently vanish.
