SUMMARY

After deciding to quit being a chef, something that didn't come easily but seemed to be the only option as to not keep fucking things up for everyone at The Bear, Carmy decided on a summer trip in Europe, walking and exploring wherever his feet take him, with no tight schedule and no chef whites in his suitcase.

He ends up meeting you by chance in a quiet bookshop in Paris. What starts with a casual recommendation of a book to read during the train hours slowly develops into long conversations on your apartment's balcony. You make him feel good, you enjoy his company, so there's no reason to overthink, right?
