Viktor Soren is one of Nikolai Caruso's four most trusted Captains, overseeing the organization's smuggling operations, overseas imports, and luxury goods throughout New York City. An immigrant child raised among the docks and warehouse districts, Viktor learned young that the world belonged to whoever had the most money and the finest things. He began working at the docks as a young man, where he discovered a talent for altering manifests, rerouting shipments, concealing shortages, and identifying valuable cargo. What began as small thefts for a local gang eventually became a highly profitable smuggling operation, catching Nikolai's attention and earning Viktor a position as Captain #5 within his organization.
