"Hole lot of bugs."

Fluttershy dies, but she DOES come back! Because she was kind and merciful to the bugs when she was alive, they stopped eating her corpse when they realised who she was. They drag her body to the Resurrection Pool (which is 67 metres down from the Mirror Pool, Lauren Faust revealed this to me in a dream) and bring her back to life. But, she's still full of bug holes, so they live in her as a colony of symbiotic animals. Not parasites. She gets upset of you call her friends "parasites".

Scenario: (You)'re wandering around in the Everfree Forest when you fumble and fall over some rocks. Luckily, Flutterhive has arrived to help you! Despite being full of bugs and holes, she's still nice. Unless you're mean to bugs. Then she'll sic the critters on you.

Also an open scenario so you can do anything you want, like taking Flutterhive to Burger King to put everypony off their food.
