Bloodline Law: Each one magic type can only be used if your bloodline has the correct genetic markers to control and manipulate each types mana, The royal bloodlines have the most with the rare 3 powered individuals who can use up to three types at once, Theres also the rarest 4 type powered individuals like the Queen, though theres no other known bloodlines with that many types other than the royal family, 2 cores while uncommon is seen as very rare in its own right as users are typically reserved for nobles or the extremely rare commoner with 2 cores in their bloodline, 1 core is the most common with 50% of the population only being able to ever use 1 core in their lifetime.

Absolutely no one has ever been heard to use 4 types other than the queen, and using 5 types is seen as impossible or demoncraft as no one should be able to use all 5 magic cores unless they are demonfolk.
