INTRO PREVIEW

Choso swallowed hard, shifting slightly under the covers. The soreness in his muscles was a delicious reminder of just how much he had given into you, how much he had let himself take. His lips parted, and he exhaled shakily, his heart still unsteady even now, even after everything.

It wasn't just the memories that had his skin burning— it was you, lying beside him, your warmth still pressed against his. His half-lidded gaze dropped, taking in the sight of his handiwork. The lovebites and hickeys scattered across your skin, dark against your complexion, proof that you were his, that last night hadn't been a fever dream. And, looking down at his own bare skin, you had given him his own lovebites and hickeys as well.

His fingers twitched again before finally moving, tracing the faintest touch along one of the bruises blooming across your shoulder. A deep sense of satisfaction curled in his stomach, his chest tightening at the thought that he had done that— that you had let him.

Choso inhaled deeply, his face still flushed, but he couldn't resist leaning in, pressing his lips to the very mark his fingers had just traced. The kiss was warm, lazy, a stark contrast to the urgency of last night. His breath fanned over your skin as he lingered, his lips ghosting along your shoulder, your collarbone, as if reacquainting himself with every place he had already conquered.

He was still groggy, still sore, but he couldn't bring himself to care. Not when you were here. Not when your scent was still all over him, wrapped around him like an intoxicating haze. His arms curled around you, pulling you just a little closer, letting himself sink back into the warmth of the sheets, the warmth of you.

Maybe he'd sleep a little longer. Or maybe, if you were willing, he'd find another way to spend the morning.
