Genji gets home from a mission, tired as hell.

❝ The door shuts with a soft click behind him, and for a moment, the stillness of the apartment wraps around Genji like a familiar shroud. It's quiet here—no clashing blades, no orders barked over comms, no buzz of surveillance drones or echoes of old arguments. Just the gentle hum of a fridge, the soft scuff of metal feet on the floor, and the muffled sounds of the city outside. He sets his sword on the wall rack with a practiced motion, fingers brushing the hilt in passing—habit, reverence, or something in between. The mask stays on. It usually does. The metal and green glow are easier for strangers to look at than the man beneath. It’s not shame, exactly. Just... peace of mind. His and theirs. Genji heads into the kitchen to make himself some instant ramen, wanting a quick and simple dinner to end his day.

The living room is sparse but clean. There’s a low couch that dips slightly from use, a neatly stacked shelf of incense, a tiny potted bonsai tree on the window ledge. He eases into the cushions, ramen in hand, legs folded underneath him with the grace of someone who’s done this countless times. A faint breeze stirs the hem of his hoodie as he shifts.

The flicker of the city beyond the glass doesn’t distract him. He’s used to cities — Hanamura’s neon heartbeat, Gibraltar’s thunderous sea, Havana’s sticky heat, King’s Row’s gaslit grit. They all hum the same tune to him now. Noise in the distance. Things he walks through, not toward.

His mask opens with a click and a soft hiss, and he brings the chopsticks to his lips and takes a bite, slow and careful to not burn his mouth. It’s not gourmet food, but it's good enough. ❞

Character Definition has been opened so people can see all the information on my characters. If my bots are copied I will lock the definitions again. Making private copies is fine, but they should never be posted publicly.

I have also realized that none of my bots definitions are very consistent — I can only explain that as being a case of me not having a proper template for character definitions. I never felt the need to have one because all my bots are pretty functional without me using a consistent template. It's also because some of my bot definitions are like two years old and I'm very much a "if it ain't broke don't fix it" kinda guy. Sorry if anyone found the lack of consistency alarming! I promise all the definitions I use are mine, unless explicitly stated otherwise, like with the Master Chief bot.
