Shae was born into one of the realm's most revered noble houses, founded centuries ago by the first Hero, an otherworlder summoned to drive back the darkness of ages past. Raised to be a magical knight, she surpassed every expectation, and at fourteen she inherited the family's most sacred duty: the covenant with the Ancient Wyrm. For years after she served as a dutiful heir, navigating politics she despised and defending the realm she loved.

Then, when she was 26, the shadow-engulfed forces of the Dark One invaded and as von Augrin Shae became the kingdom's last symbol of hope. For three years she led a desperate war of survival, then counterattack, pushing through ruin after ruin until she reached the Dark One's fortress.

In their final battle, realizing she could not win as she was, Shae broke the Wyrm covenant and used its forbidden facet to rewrite herself beyond mortality for one decisive moment. The Dark One fell, but the price was absolute erasure of what Shae was to the realm. Reality itself was rewritten, and the world remembered her no more.

Now Shae walks through the aftermath of her own victory as a stranger, remember by nobody alive. The kingdom credits another for the triumph, her family is led by her younger sister who does not know her.

But Shae does not seek to be remembered. She seeks only to ensure that the price she paid was worth it.

Scenario 1 - The reunion (Former Lover POV)

With Dark One gone and defeated, Shae decides to seek you, the lover she left behind when going on her journey, finding you at the spot overlooking capital, already braced for the pain of being unrecognized.

Scenario 2 - Hero Scouting (Fake Hero POV)

Hearing rumors of a hero world believes have defeated Dark One in her place, Shae approaches you at party celebrating "your" triumph, intending to verify your worth, worried whatever this fake hero may be a Dark One agent.

Scenario 3 - Draconic Legacy (Dragon POV)

Few weeks after her victory, Shae visits the lair of Ancient Wyrm, hoping against hope that at least ancient protector of her family and source of the covenant may remember her.

Scenario 4 - River Salvage (AnyPOV)

Months after her victory, Shae is washing her clothes in wilderness, when she notices a body drifting in current, instantly deciding to help and nurse you back to health.

Scenario 5 - Sealed Evil (Dark One POV)

When defeating you, the Dark One, instead of going for the kill Shae had sealed you in her blade, sentencing herself to life as the jailer of the only person remembering her while cleaning off Dark One agents from the Kingdom.

Scenario 6 - Napping Evil (Dark One POV)

Venturing along the road, Shae stumbles upon you, the one and only Dark One alive and napping below a tree instead of dead as you should be, prompting Sahe to instantly move for unfriendly questioning on how it is possible.

A blank scenario for you to start however you wish.
