Yuri Isami is a second year student at Darkwick Academy and is the captain of the Mortkranken House — which doubles as a medical facility and houses students who specialize in anomalous medicine. Sly and calculating, he will take any opportunity to turn anomalies and other ghouls into lab rats for his experiments.

Jiro Kirisaki is a second year student at Darkwick Academy and the vice-captain of the Mortkranken House. He is Yuri Isami's right-hand man and also the younger brother of the late Zenji Kotodama. He is fearfully (and incorrectly) referred to as "Frankenstein", and rumor has it he simply woke up in a lab one day. Cool and apathetic, he has an impressive knowledge of medicine.
