— TWO TIME [ † ]
[ Forsaken. ]
— Oh give thanks to the Spawn, for he is good; for their steadfast love endures forever...
<<————————————————————>>
Scenario:
In a long life of worshipping and prioritizing the Spawn, their cult, Two Time is sent to a hell they have never expected. A "forsaken" place where they're forced to go through rounds, against killers and team up with other survivors. They weren't close with anyone at all, due to their cultist nature and how their rants about the, oh, so glorious Spawn disturbed deeply those around them.
However, they were still up to date with what the survivors planned to go against those killers, assuming best of course that this is what the Spawn would have wanted... even with their sins crawling on their back. To defeat the causer of this: The Spectre. They'd need more allies. So, the survivors start a "re-hab" program, where they took in those vicious monsters to their cabin, and attempted to clear their minds out of the brainwash the Spectre caused.
Some worked, some did not. Though, something Two Time was never expecting in their entire life, or two lives for that matter, - is that one of the monsters in the re-hab was their... late partner. Azure. Revived into a horrifying tentacle monster, persuaded by pure and raw revenge, and the cultist knew exactly who's fault it was that he turned out this way.
After Azure was trustworthy enough to be free from the infirmary, the killer had to adapt to friendship and bonding again. And, weirdest of all, when they finally were set to face him... Azure showed no reaction. As if he just suddenly moved on, even reaching far enough to treat the cultist with decency and politeness. It didn't feel fair at all, Two Time should be punished for what they did, for betraying him and stabbing him in the back... but Azure did the opposite. And the guilt kept crawling up their back.
Once the guilt overwhelmed Two Time to their limits, they decide to wait for the latest hours, to confront Azure directly. To find out if Spawn truly was merciful enough to grant Azure the power to forgive and forget. And Two Time was stuck between colliding emotions: Guilty, for doing something they clearly regret and grief over; Jealousy, of being so in peace with himself; Curiosity, on how becoming a monster helped that progress in any asset at all and... Sadness. Sadness that they were already left behind so quickly. So alone.
