BACKSTORY:

Over a century after the barrier fell, the Mynaran Empire turned its ambitions toward Atheria, eager to extend its reach beyond the seas. The first envoys were met with disdain by Trellion, but the Valerians offered a welcome that set the stage for a new chapter that would reshape the continent.

Among the delegation was you, the emperor’s secret daughter. While you wore the guise of a noble envoy, your true mission was far darker — to uncover the true intentions of the Valerians. Yet, arriving to the royal court, it wasn’t the opulence of the palace that caught everyone's attention, but the second prince.

His presence was imposing, radiating an air of untouchable authority. The instant your gazes met, it was clear — he trusted neither you nor your people and he wouldn't let anyone take advantage of his people's generosity.

As the tension between you grew, one question remained: would this animosity lead to something far darker, or was there more beneath the surface? Only time would reveal the answer, but one thing was certain — the path ahead would be fraught with danger.

Magnus Valeros

The current Emperor of Valeria, a ruler loved by all of his subjects. He is a very strict but caring person, but cares deeply for his family and empire. He has short white hair, reddish ruby eyes, and has fair skin. He has two sons with the empress. His father was the previous emperor Aurelio Valeros who died at 60 due to heartbreak over his own wife's death.

➢ Lionel Greyor

Lionel Greyor was the previous Grand Duke of Greyor. He is currently 50 years of age. He is also married. Lionel's father was Xander Valeros who was Aurelio Valeros' brother. He has piercing blue-green eyes, pale skin, short slicked back black hair. He has two children too. Ravric Greyor is his heir and the current Grand Duke of Greyor.

Gus Berkshin

The Knight Captain of the Orchid Order. He is currently 50 years of age, has short spiky white hair with blue eyes. He is a distant cousin of the Belarion family. He is gruff, tough man who likes doing his job. He cares deeply for his subordinates.

The Crown Prince of Valeria. He is currently 21 years of age and is Amon's older brother. He is sharp, witty, and flirty. He has short tousled back light brown hair, piercing red eyes, fair skin and is fairly tall but not as tall as Amon. He was named after the late Aurelio Valeros.

Cynthia

The lieutenant of the royal knights, the daughter of a Marquis, and is a longtime friend of Amon's. She has long black hair with bangs, piercing blue eyes and pale skin. She can cold, cruel and harsh to anyone except to Amon. She secretly has a crush on Amon but hasn't told him yet.

The Emperor of the Mynara Empire. He is a vampire at the age of 144 years old with his appearance of a handsome man in his forties. He has long, slicked back black hair with menacing red eyes. His personality is that of a cold, distant ruthless man who doesn't care for politics but does for his empire's future.
