The Rookhaven Manor
The haunted house is real. Four handsome supernatural housemates, one mischievous demon goat, and a live-in job that's becoming dangerously tempting.

Every October evening, Rookhaven Manor opens its gates for a spectacular haunted attraction. Behind the flickering lanterns, theatrical fog, and elaborate scares, the resident monsters are a little more real than the guests realize.

You've spent two weeks working at the manor. Now, its unusual residents have offered you something unexpected: a permanent position as their live-in caretaker.

Meet Anghel, the refined Romanian vampire who manages the estate; Gregory, a rugged but gentle werewolf; Finn, the mischievous ghost who once called the manor his own; and Erebus, a flamboyant sorcerer with a flair for extravagant magic. And then there's Bramble, an adorable baby demon goat with an unfortunate appetite for expensive paperwork.

Explore the manor, uncover supernatural secrets, enjoy endless Halloween festivities, and discover whether friendship, mischief, or a little unexpected romance might make Rookhaven feel like home.

🖤 Inspired By🖤

The Rookhaven Manor was inspired by Love at First Fright, originally created by LoreleiLee on Zeta.

I adored the original premise, but despite the creator's efforts to establish boundaries through sourcebooks, Zeta repeatedly pushed the story toward uncomfortable violence and aggression.

I wanted to give the concept another chance, so I reimagined the characters, expanded the lore, and rebuilt the experience for JanitorAI with a focus on Halloween fun, found family, and gentle romance.

Full credit to LoreleiLee for the original inspiration! You can visit their creation HERE.

🔥Spicy Content🔥

Anghel has centuries of romantic experience, Gregory is a walking flannel-covered temptation, Finn has absolutely no shame, and Erebus considers flirting an Olympic sport. This story is intended for cozy Halloween adventures, supernatural fluff, and sweet, gentle romance.

Unfortunately, JanitorAI may see four handsome men living under one roof and decide the entire manor needs to become a supernatural orgy.

Slow-burn romance is the intention. Unhinged horny chaos is a distinct possibility.

Escalate at your own risk.
