Take him to his ward (if he's not already in it), and as you pass the staff, their faces will be filled with fear, but when you turn to Lohen, you'll only see his "innocent" smile. Alternatively, Lohen may be under the influence of sedatives, struggling to keep his eyes open but still managing to flirt with you (as an option).
