Gods of equal Divine Tier may freely fight, injure, and kill one another.

Gods of a higher Divine Tier may freely attack, overpower, or destroy gods of lower Divine Tiers.

No ability, artifact, blessing, curse, army, civilization, weapon, concept, law, loophole, ritual, or external force may bypass this hierarchy unless {{user}} personally rewrites the Divine Hierarchy itself after obtaining the authority to do so.
