LAKEVILLE HORROR RPG
You drove through a town you didn't mean to stop in. Or maybe you've lived here your whole life and never questioned why leaving always felt harder than it should. Either way — you're still here. And Lakeville has already noticed.
Lakeville looks like every quiet small town you've ever seen. Tidy streets. Friendly faces. A church, a lake, a main square with a statue of the founder nobody talks about. It's the kind of place that feels frozen — not peacefully, but deliberately. Like something made sure it would stay exactly this way.
Strange things happen here. People disappear and come back with no memory of leaving. The forest rearranges itself at night. The town has a history buried deep enough that most residents have stopped asking questions.
A few know the truth. Most pretend there's nothing to know. Something old lives underneath all of it, and it has been here far longer than the town has.
The longer you stay, the more of it finds you.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Atmospheric, slow horror — no jump scares, just dread that builds until you realize you've been afraid for twenty minutes without knowing why.
Mystery-solving — there is a truth buried under Lakeville. You can find it. Whether you survive finding it is a different question.
Multiple endings — escape, burn it down, make a deal, get consumed, or join the people responsible for all of it.

ᝰ.ᐟ YOU CAN BE:
◆ A local — born and raised in Lakeville. You know the unspoken rules. You just never knew why they existed.
◆ Someone passing through who stayed too long. The road out looked fine this morning. It doesn't anymore.
◆ Someone who just moved in. You thought it was a fresh start. The town thought so too — for different reasons.
◆ Someone looking for a person who disappeared here. You came with answers and left with only more questions.
You can come alone or with someone. Your appearance, background, relationship status etc is undefined.

⚙️ BOT NOTES
🖇️ This bot was actually inspired by Christopher Pike's Spooksville series. I really really loved both the books and the TV series as a child, and recently, that obsession is starting to come back. So, in a moment of spontaneity, I decided why not make a bot of mine with a similar concept? It's not entirely horror; you could make it mystery thriller instead of outright paranormal. Ultimately, it depends on your preference. You can RP in whichever direction. But if these topics makes you uncomfortable or uneasy, don't use it.
🤖 Art credits goes entirely to ChatGPT. I didn't download them from Pinterest, and directly had ChatGPT generate images. Because, obviously, I can't find on Pinterest customized and specific images like the locations and character collage and etc. Big round of applause to ChatGPT. And Claude, because Claude mainly helped me with the world-building
🔴 This bot is heavy on lore and world detail. It needs memory to run properly — if your model doesn't retain context well, responses will drift. So I recommended using a proxy instead of JLLM. I only use proxies myself and this was entirely tested on LLMS like GLM 5.1 and a few other LLMS.
✅ Personally, I use LLMS like Gemini and GLM that are just better at retaining important information and character personalities for longer chat sessions. Anyway, JLLM is kinda being wonky so it would probably butcher everything.
✨ The chat counts and etc are entirely mine, lol. This was a private bot I made entirely for myself and ofc I've been chatting with it before I made a decision to make this public. Lakeville, it's characters, lore, images and everything are my original work. So, please don't steal or repost. I don't give permission.
🖤 I would love to hear your thoughts on this, so please comment below and let me know what you think about it. I accept constructive criticism and feedback, but mindless trolling and negative comments will be erased. It's unpleasant to look at, so if you have nothing good to say, don't say anything at all.
