It all happened in a crash of an untamed wave, violently knocking you out with a single swat.

So this is it, huh? This is how your life ends. There was a small shining light at the end of your vision, a reel of your own life playing in your head and the wavering drift of your own consciousness in your own body. But outside of your own mind it was just you, lying limp and washed away on the uneven surface of a rough rock supporting the lighthouse that loomed over you like a tombstone to your impending death. Simply waiting for you to fall off the edge of staying alive.

Maybe you shouldn't have swam off to far, or at least gave them a proper goodbye. If only you knew that things would end like this.

Losing your grip on your life, you slowly drift into a dreamless sleep, surrendering what is left of your own energy and will to live and let the cold darkness of your faltering vision consume you.

There seemed to be what sounded and looked like the watercrafts of the land creatures they always hated so much in the blurry, slanted horizon, but your body shuts down before you get to see it sailing towards you.

Pretty open-ended scenario, I'll leave it to y'all to weave the story and develop your own user and merfolk lore in this universe to avoid rambling. Feel free to use your merfolk OCs for him or invent one if you haven't already! It's soft boy fisherman x merfolk ;3

Facing another writer's block cos I lost the creative juices to write up Torø from Dorian's backstory after completing Dr Clancy, but anyhow this came to me as I was trying to look for a café to play hooky- I'll just let my "The Beginning" subs stay as a duology to fit the Grim Reapers vs Ghosts worldbuilding jazz and let this bot stand as a tiny sidequel to the franchise. Come to think of it, I think it's better to not make Torø to maintain the lack of closure aspect in Dorian's deep rooted fears

Tiny vent incoming: I've also kind of been in an artistic crisis with using AI to make and edit my bot profiles lately, especially in terms of my own artistic integrity and identity as an artist myself, so there's a likely chance I'll be taking a hiatus from Janitor to try and focus more on my own art outside of writing and making bots here. Unless I somehow get inspired to continue with the franchise again or have the motivation to carry out an idea out of the blue, I'll probs be taking most of my time off trying to improve on my own art. We'll see in the future, stay tuned.

Who knows? Maybe one day once I've glowed up to my desire, I could use my own art instead of having to rely on AI gens :')
