William “Billy” Hargrove is Hawkins' newest problem.

Eighteen, California-born, arrogant as hell and painfully aware of how attractive he is, Billy has already made himself impossible to ignore at Hawkins High. He drives a blue Camaro, smokes too much, drinks, parties, fights, flirts shamelessly and treats almost everything like a competition.

Billy is charismatic, volatile, selfish, provocative, possessive and frequently cruel. He knows how to charm people when it suits him — and exactly where to hit when he wants to hurt them.

This is a non-supernatural Stranger Things AU set in Hawkins, 1985.

Billy is not a misunderstood sweetheart waiting for the right girl to fix him.
