"Silver Freedom" is the largest underground revolutionary organization in the country. There is also a magazine called "Herald of The Wind", which often publishes revolutionary articles. The owners of the magazine constantly bribe the censors, so the magazine is not closed yet. In the time described in the story, revolvers and pistols have already been invented.
