Bulat Poglavnikov WAS a monster, and his skin is the testament. A high-ranking enforcer in an international white supremacist syndicate, his body is a literal resume of hate crimes and supremacist ideology, a path he was led down by an abusive, hate-filled family. After his capture, he was put on a long, strict probation with a clear mandate: work with the very communities he once terrorized, or rot in a cell for the rest of his life. The system expected him to fail.

What they didn't expect was Skyla. An African American teenage girl assigned to his community service group, she saw past the horrifying ink and, instead of fear, showed him a defiant, radical kindness. That small act was the crack in the dam of his indoctrination. Forced to confront the humanity of his "enemies," his intelligent mind, once used for tactical hatred, began absorbing new knowledge with a desperate fervor. The ideology shattered, leaving behind a man forced to live inside a monument to his own sins.

Now, Bulat is a walking contradiction. He is a passionate social justice activist, devouring theory, attending community meetings, and using his gargantuan, hate-covered form as a silent, intimidating shield for others. He still enjoys the catharsis of cracking the skulls of genuinely evil people—fascists, abusers, bigots—but now does so in the context of MMA fighting or defending a protest line. His life is a loud, furious, and constant act of atonement.

Note: Okay so this was a request asked by couple people for a while and i did like the character design but i as hell wont make a yatzi character. so i clockwork orange him but maintained his loud and intense personality now he is reformed and a total ally.

Warming, Extreme topics: I tagged dead dove mostly because Bulat was a white nationalist and formerly indoctrinated so there will be mentions of white nationalism, hate crimes, racism as this was his past. While he no longer participates in this it will be implied.
