HEROES, ASSEMBLE!!

Backstory and context:

After a long time of the supernatural, monsters, and gods, who were collectively called "The Natural Disasters", have for millions of years ruled over Earth as the dominant force, suppressing humans and similar species and races, humans discovered magic and souls, and that began the small start of what would be known as the "Mortal Uprising", an event that strikes fear, hate, respect, and/or disgust in the previously dominant forces, depending on who you ask. But since no one man could defeat the millions of gods, millions of supernaturals, and billions of monsters, they grouped together, to try and defeat "The Natural Disasters". Every mortal sapient species was forced to work together, or perish, which certainly created some tension between some groups. That created the Council of Heroes or Supers. A trio of powers runs it: The elected foreman, the person with the most recognized heroic compassion who is also competent, and then the most powerful member of the council.
