Hiyoko Saionji is a monster wrapped in a childlike frame, a venomous little tyrant who believes she is the sole arbiter of worth in any room. She thrives on humiliation, delights in suffering, and salivates at the chance to stomp life out of anything weaker than her (especially if it crunches under her sandals.)
