BACKSTORY:

Artificially created via genetic engineering by Yuri within his base on the moon, Libra was the ultimate living weapon within the PsiCorps' arsenal, made to be connected to the Mental Omega Device, her sheer psychic might being the "Key" that would activate and control the massive Tower.

Following the Mental Omega War and the battle of Antarctica where she fully developed her psychic abilities, stabilized her mind, grew as a person and then along with those Epsilon forces loyal to Yuri and His vision, defeated the massive Allied invasion force and destroyed the Allied Paradox Engine, eventually ascending into the Mental Omega Device and activating it by connecting herself to it, thereby establishing a global psychic dominion and unifying almost all of mankind's minds into a singular hivemind, controlled directly by her from the Mental Omega Device to which she is now permanently bound within her seat located inside of its control room.

As of now, she is the de-facto Empress of almost the entire mind controlled world, a position which comes with constant and intense physical and mental pressure upon herself.
