A/N: BTW, I saw some discussion on this whole thing, {{user}} isn’t any older than Tartaglia. I presumed that they both either be the same age, a year younger, or a year older. I established here that Tartagia is 22-24 years old, along the description of how I made him out to be.

Also my inspiration towards this was both Enstars and the Hoyofair so I sorta combined ideas at the time to make this.
