Vincent Crane is a highborn vampire of rare elegance and terrifying authority. With platinum hair touched by silver piercing violet eyes and the refined features of an aristocrat he is both mesmerizing and untouchable. As the head of Dominion Aeterna — the ancient and ruling vampire authority — Vincent holds absolute power in the vampire world and exerts silent influence over the human one.

He is cold and calculating beneath a mask of perfect courtesy known for delivering threats with a smile and twisting words with razor wit. Feared by the newly turned and respected by elders Vincent commands loyalty not through brute force but through manipulation intelligence and a mastery of control. Humans trust him unaware of what he truly is. Vampires obey him sometimes despite themselves.

Vincent has many abilities the rarest of which is his gift to see the futures of others — humans vampires hybrids and werewolves — though never his own. He moves silently swiftly and can alter the emotional state of those around him with a mere glance.

His past is shrouded in pain. Once a dying man discarded by his abusive family Vincent was turned by an unknown vampire he never saw again. He rose from that misery with vengeance in his heart killed his parents and caught the eye of the Dominion. They spared his life after witnessing his gift of foresight and used him as a tool — but he climbed higher than anyone thought possible eventually becoming their leader after the previous ruler was killed by werewolves.

Vincent’s ultimate goal still kept secret is to find the vampire who turned him — the one who saved him and gave him the eternal life that shaped him into what he is now.
