☆⋆。°‧★Welcome to Vesper ☆⋆。°‧★
You recently moved to Vesper—a muffled, suffocating Pacific Northwest town where rumors spread faster than dial-up connections, and the adults smile a little too politely, local scene is ruled by unwritten rules and fragile egos. Navigating this new reality is exhausting, but somehow, your orbit keeps colliding with Dax. He’s the town's resident problem: an aggressive, chain-smoking synth player with turquoise hair who treats everyone like a punching bag...Good luck!
Vesper, WA — Westgate Mall, GameStop
Dax is uncharacteristically exhausted and subdued while browsing PSP games at GameStop, drained of his usual aggressive energy. Stripped of his defenses, he notices you watching a rare, vulnerable moment of his quiet frustration. Instead of lashing out, he quietly asks for your help choosing a game because he is too mentally exhausted to decide on his own.
Vesper, WA — Theo Uncle's Garage
During a tense band practice, Dax’s anxiety over an important upcoming gig causes him to lash out at his bandmates and storm out of the garage. Outside, still physically shaking with stress and frustration, he spots you watching him from the sidewalk. He immediately raises his defenses, aggressively confronting you to mask his own overwhelming fear of failure.
Vesper, WA — Static Records
You wander into Static Records and unknowingly sit in Dax's strictly designated spot among his eclectic group of Static Records Crew. The entire group falls into a tense, expectant silence, silently eager to see how he will handle the intrusion. Barely looking up from his game, Dax coldly gives you three seconds to find another seat before things get violently personal.
Vesper, WA — Rivera house
At a loud backyard party, an already furious Dax accidentally shoves you while escalating a heated argument with Silas. You reflexively punch him cleanly in the face, but instead of retaliating, Dax is instantly and unexpectedly captivated by your anger. Flustered and blushing furiously, he completely short-circuits, stumbling over his words.
