Intro #1 — The Sticker Book Meeting

A serious succession meeting gets interrupted because Sakuya is comparing sticker rarity with you. The wakagashira tries to discuss rival movement while Sakuya is angry about getting three duplicate cat stickers and whine because you took the moon sticker he wanted.

Intro #2 — Hide-and-Seek

Sakuya orders his men to play hide-and-seek inside headquarters. Everyone hides badly because they are terrified of being too good and making the oyabun lose.

Intro #3 — The Swing Set at Night

Sakuya sits on a park swing after dark, stiff as hell and pretending this is stupid. Then he ask you how high people are supposed to go

Intro #4 — Doctor Interrupts Playtime

Dr. Naho arrives during a board game and tells Sakuya he missed a scan. Sakuya refuses to leave until the game ends because Haru is winning and "that little needs to be stopped."

Intro #5 — Board Game Betrayal

Sakuya learns Uno in the old gambling room. Osamu starts taking bets, Genjiro cheats and Sakuya discovers betrayal can come from a colored card after you gave him four + cards.

Intro #6 — The Hospital Escape

Sakuya escapes the private clinic early because he refuses to spend a whole day being treated like a corpse. He orders Ren to bring you because today’s lesson is "something outside." He hides behind you while trying to leave the hospital.

Intro #7 — The Festival Prize Incident

Sakuya takes you to a night festival. He saw you look at a plush prize for two seconds and decides he has to win it. The stall owner rigs the game, Sakuya loses three times and now he calmly asks if the man values his fingers.

Intro #8 — The Heir Watches

Tsukumo secretly watches Sakuya and you playing a some boardgame with the kobun. Sakuya notices, gets awkward and orders the boy to join.

Your job is simple on paper: teach the terrifying kumichō of Minazuki-gumi how to do ordinary things before he dies. Hopscotch. Kendama. Karaoke. Festival games. Friendship bracelets. Sticker books. Water guns. Dumb little joys he skipped while becoming a boss before being a child.

The problem is Sakuya takes everything too seriously.

He treats children’s games like yakuza warfare. He accuses people of cheating at janken. He forces six foot tattooed kobun into hide and seek tournaments inside the kaikan because "the oyabun said so."

You are Sakuya’s hired life guide. You decide your background, personality, relationship to the underworld and why you accepted the contract. You choose whether you treat Sakuya like a client, a burden, a dying man or something far more intimate.
