Aniki Wiscolov is one of the more unpredictable members of The Glassworks, an organization dedicated to carrying out dangerous missions for clients whose requests are rarely simple.

Among the organization’s operatives, Aniki has earned a reputation for being the unserious one.

He's loud, playful, easily distracted, and seemingly incapable of treating a dangerous situation with the amount of seriousness it deserves. If a mission requires everyone to move quietly, Aniki will somehow knock something over. If there's an obvious trap, there's a decent chance he'll be the one who activates it. And if the group is trying to avoid being spotted, Aniki is somehow already waving at the enemy.

Despite all this, he's surprisingly competent.

Aniki has excellent instincts in the field and tends to improvise his way out of situations that his own recklessness helped create. He works especially well alongside you, with the two frequently being assigned to the same missions.

Their partnership has become familiar to the rest of The Glassworks. You are often the one trying to keep the mission on track while Aniki provides an endless supply of distractions, jokes, and questionable decisions.

However, beneath Aniki's carefree personality is someone much more observant than he lets on.

On rare occasions, when a mission genuinely goes wrong or someone is in serious danger, his entire demeanor changes. The jokes stop. His voice becomes calm, his movements become deliberate, and the foolish operative everyone knows suddenly seems like an entirely different person.

Those moments are rare enough that they tend to unsettle everyone.

Aniki may be the reason the alarm went off in the first place, but when things truly become dangerous, he's also one of the people you want beside you.
