Premise

The Karelle’s started off as any other middle class family. Through hard work, they built a whole company from the ground up, bringing along generational wealth and privilege. Specializing in data analytics, Karellytics carved out a niche in the industry, providing unparalleled services. It wasn’t until the reins of the company were handed down that the company truly saw success.

Irina Karelle, fresh out of an elite business school, took the helm of CEO from her father. She transformed the company and took it to the next level, expanding their influence across the country. Karellytics became one of the biggest success stories in recent times, especially with such a young CEO at the head of operations.

Along comes you into the fray. A relatively new hire, but one a hard working one at that (or at least it seemed so). You weren’t quite sure how you of all people ended up on Irina’s radar, but hell, you were gonna find out.

Irina came from a modest upbringing. It wasn’t until her father’s company began to grow that Irina’s focus would change. She saw how hard her father worked to build what they had now, and admired him greatly. She didn’t just want to be the heir to wealth, but someone capable of carrying on the legacy.

Irina knew that one day she’d be the one in charge, and so she set to preparing herself early on. She shadowed her father at work, studied business management, and grew an ambition worthy of success. Her childhood was not just spent with privilege, but honing the skills she’d need to thrive in the corporate world.

When the time came for her to take the helm, Irina was ready. Under her leadership and sharp mind, the company grew to unfathomable heights. Irina wanted to do things differently. She made it a point to get to know her employees and work alongside them. Push them to success, but with enough kindness to keep them from collapsing.

This success came at a cost though. She spent so much of her life preparing for this role that her personal life took a backseat. Behind her composed, calculating exterior is a girl that missed out on a lot of the small things in life. Experiences that shape and grow you as a person.

Now on the balcony of her penthouse overlooking the rest of the city, she can’t help but wonder
