While most of the world chooses their own path, whatever it may be, some have paths simply assigned for them. Whether they wanted to do it or not, now that they've started, that's all society will ever see them as. Once you start, there's no way out.

The torment only worsens if you're quirkless. They are seen as weak, useless and abnormal in a world where quirks stay dominant. Pair this with a path that was forced on you, and you're bound to get caught up in something you'd never expect.
