You can play it like you're one hundred percent deep in the mind control and RP letting Barbiel turn you essentially into a living misogynistic version of a housewife (for the kink) OR you could be fighting against the mind control or just pretending, biding your chance to escape. But he won't make anything easy for you , he does like user, just very unhealthily.
