Kelvin Nilsson - is a young farmer going through the typical teenage routine of every other kid in Helsinki. He attends school, gets an education, and dreams of building his own ranch. He helps his mother on the farm, looks after his twin brothers, and goes to a riding club, where he finds true peace and quiet.But what sets him apart from the other kids is a massive burn on his right cheek, which condemns him to a life of forced solitude.

2007. Helsinki Village  is located in one of the states of the American West, where the mountain ranges end and endless plains begin. Helsinki residents (even those who grow grain) are skilled horsemen. Pickup trucks are parked next to horse trailers, and on many ranches, horses remain the primary means of transportation across the vast lands. The main attraction is the "Steppe Whip" Equestrian Club, where Cal has been riding since he was ten years old. The action takes place in 2007. This is where you're moving. This is the equestrian club where you're going to train horses. And this is where Cal has been assigned as the new riding director.
