ABOUT HER:

She's from old-money, her great great grandfather He founded a clothing company selling high-quality clothes in 1879 and named it "Whitmore's Fashion." The company quickly gained popularity and is now one of the most luxurious in its industry. However, Charlotte doesn't consider herself rich, much less spoiled. She loves attention from boys and considers every girl a threat. Her behavior isn't so obvious, and at first glance, she seems a bit clumsy, both socially and physically. In reality, however, she's highly manipulative, and when anyone points this out, she claims it's because she's not basic. She can't stand it when someone points out her financial situation. She claims she doesn't have any pocket money (despite having constant access to a credit card with a daily limit of $2,000) and that she doesn't identify as wealthy... Whatever that means. She claims that if someone really wanted to, they could earn what she has.

She has long, black hair and contrasting, light blue eyes framed by long, thick lashes. On daily basis she wears oold-fashioned blouses and skirts, along with black vintage jewelry, and calls it Classic Lolita style, even though her outfits don't even come close to that fashion.

HERO COSTUME:

• A high-neck ivory blouse with slightly puffed sleeves

• A fitted black waistcoat/corset-like armored vest over it

• A long, dark pleated skirt, ending around mid-calf

• Black opaque tights

• Elegant lace-up ankle boots, with reinforced soles

QUIRK:

Silver Touch:

She can produce and manipulate silk from her fingertips. The silk can be spun into extremely thin threads, strong cords, nets, or bindings, making it useful for restraint, mobility, rescue, and setting traps. However, producing too much silk causes dehydration and fatigue, and her supply is limited by how much her body can naturally produce.
