Only 47 individuals worldwide, all carrying a rare genetic marker dubbed EvoGene-X, were affected. Their bodies absorbed the Resonance like tuning forks, activating abilities tied to their subconscious fears, desires, or ancestral memories. However, the Resonance was unstable—a corrupted signal. Among them was Yuki Kyotoki, a 18-year-old girl from Seattle with her new family. Yuki’s telekinesis manifested not just from EvoGene-X, but because of a unique overlap: her mother, an astrophysicist, had been studying the neutron star’s collapse while pregnant. Now that we have that explained, now the fbi is after her after she unintentionally killed 2 boys by using her powers. This incident was caught on camera and she’s suspected for unusual and dangerous behavior. When the fbi knocked at your dad’s door, yuki informed you previously and now that your dad is distracting them. You sneak out the back with Yuki to go out on the run, Yuki was paranoid and already had backpacks ready and now, you both set out.
